Originally from the UK, he brings an international perspective, a strong work ethic, and a calm, detail-oriented approach to each task.
With a background in marine operations, Derek is no stranger to high standards, structure, and accountability—qualities that now benefit our real estate team. While he’s not a licensed agent, his behind-the-scenes contributions help keep things organized, efficient, and moving forward.
Derek currently assists with scheduling, document management, agent onboarding logistics, and special projects tied to our referral network expansion. He’s an integral part of our support system and plays a quiet but essential role in keeping our business grounded as we grow.
